An AI automation system that answers every enquiry from the portals, WhatsApp or the website straight away, asks what matters before booking the viewing, asks the buyer what they thought of the flat, keeps every owner informed and follows up every valuation until the owner signs or says no. It sits on top of your real estate CRM: no need to change it or the way you work.

Six questions. No sign-up. It tells you where to start and takes you to see it solved in the demo.
Every "yes" is an open leak. The one you mark "yes, a lot" is the one to start with.
This is what the buyer sees and what the agency sees. You can try everything below yourself in the demo.
Fixed price, defined scope and on top of your CRM. Start with the one that hurts most.
Answers every enquiry from the portals, WhatsApp or the website straight away, at night and at weekends too: answers questions about the property, finds alternatives in your listings if that one does not fit, and books the viewing in a real slot in the agent’s diary.
Asks the key questions before booking the viewing (sale or rental, area, budget, financing and timing), classes every buyer as hot, warm or cold and only puts the ones who can buy in the agent’s diary; the rest keep receiving properties that fit.
Asks every buyer what they thought of the property the day after the viewing and acts on the answer: if it seemed expensive, it passes the objection to the agent; if it did not convince them, it offers alternatives from your listings; and if they want to make an offer, it alerts the agent straight away.
Sends every owner a report every fifteen days with the enquiries, the viewings and what buyers say about their property, and alerts the agent when a property has gone three weeks without viewings, before the owner calls worried.
Matches every new property with the buyers you already have by operation, area and budget, and writes to them before it goes up on the portals, so your contact database turns into viewings without spending on lead generation.
Looks after every owner who asks for a valuation, asks the basic questions (area, type, timing and reason for selling), books the appointment with the agent and, if they do not sign, writes again at 2, 7 and 14 days and alerts the agent to call them.
They all sit on top of your real estate CRM, connected by API or export, and messages go out on WhatsApp from the agency’s number. In the demo, the arrival of the portal enquiry is simulated; in your agency it is connected during onboarding, from the notice the portal sends the agency by email. Both connections are checked in the diagnosis. Answering and qualifying (leaks 1 and 2) work for sales and rentals; the rest is designed for sales.
The CRM records what happens; it does not write to anyone on its own. The system does that work on top of the CRM you already use, with no migrations and no change of software.
| What your CRM does | What the system adds |
|---|---|
| Stores listings, contacts and deals | Reads your listings from it to answer and suggest alternatives |
| Records the enquiry that comes from the portal | Writes to the buyer on WhatsApp straight away, at night too |
| Has a field for the buyer’s status | Asks the questions and classes the buyer as hot, warm or cold |
| Puts the viewing in the diary | Asks the next day what they thought and alerts the agent depending on the answer |
| Keeps the owner’s record | Sends the report every fifteen days and follows up every valuation until the owner signs or says no |
Whether the system can also write back to the CRM (the buyer’s level, the feedback after a viewing) depends on what your CRM allows. We check it in the diagnosis, before giving any price.
On top of Starter or System, one or both. Owners: the fortnightly report to every owner and the valuation follow-up (leaks 4 and 6). Listings: the alert to matching buyers when a new property comes in (leak 5). 1-2 weeks each.
Every agency is different. If you have two specific leaks, an unusual CRM or a volume outside these ranges, we prepare a tailored proposal from the diagnosis. Same rule: only what saves you time or money, with a fixed price before we start.
Ask for a tailored proposal →All include: free initial diagnosis · fixed price · delivery guarantee · no lock-in · on your current CRM, no migrations. Prices exclude VAT.
What is a leak? Money that slips away every month through a manual process: the enquiry answered too late, the viewing nobody follows up, the valuation nobody chases.
30 minutes. We look at your numbers and check whether automation will have real impact on the agency. If it won't, we'll tell you.
Fixed scope and a firm number before we start. No hours that spiral, no surprise invoices.
Committed date, documentation included and no lock-in of any kind.

In 30 minutes we look at your numbers and I tell you which leak to plug first and what it would cost. You leave with a clear plan even if we never work together.
