Before we talk price, this. No client of ours ends up trapped inside our infrastructure.

In your name, from day one

The Meta Business account and the WhatsApp number, on your card. Your Google Drive and your spreadsheets. Your domain and your email. Your CRM and your data. If you ever leave, they leave with you.

On us, inside the maintenance fee

The server and your private n8n container, isolated from every other client's. Daily backups and monitoring. The AI key, with its own project for your account and a usage cap written into the proposal.

Pay-per-use, billed separately

Meta charges for every WhatsApp message, from €0.0166 per notification. It goes on the client's card and their invoice: we neither front it nor add a margin. From 1 October 2026, Meta also charges for replies sent inside the 24-hour window.

NO LOCK-INIf you cancel, we hand over the complete instance —automations, database and documentation— so you can install it on a server of your own, around €10 a month, or hand it to whoever you like. Nothing is held back.

No fine print.

Does "fixed price" mean no surprises?
Exactly. We set scope and number before we start. We don't bill by the hour: if the project gets complicated on our side, that's our problem, not yours.
Is there any lock-in or mandatory fee?
No. Packages are one-off, payable in stages tied to delivery milestones. Monthly maintenance is optional and also with no lock-in: cancel whenever you want.
Do I have to pay it all upfront?
No. It's a one-off payment in the sense that there's no mandatory fee afterwards — the system is yours. But it's split into instalments tied to delivery milestones, so you pay as the project progresses, not before it starts.
What does the free diagnosis include?
30 minutes to see which leak costs you most and whether automating it will have real impact. You leave with a clear plan even if we don't work together.
Can I start with a single automation?
Yes. Any of the 6 can be built standalone from €490. Packages pay off when you want several connected together.
And the free mini-automation?
With any package you pick a free extra mini (1-2 flows, 1 integration) from a set list: lead alert, booking reminder, monthly report or welcome email.
Who pays for the WhatsApp messages and the AI usage?
AI usage is included in your maintenance fee, with a cap sized to your volume and written into the proposal. If you get close to the cap we tell you before you reach it, never after. WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly, on your company's card and in your company's name: from €0.0166 per notification. We do it this way so the number is genuinely yours, and so we don't charge you a margin on something we don't produce.
Can I pick a cheaper maintenance tier than the one my package needs?
No. Each package has a minimum tier because maintaining ten flows costs more than maintaining three, and maintenance below what the system needs ends in a system that isn't maintained. Moving up a tier you can do, whenever you want.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. For EU business customers outside Spain, the reverse charge mechanism usually applies — we'll confirm this on your quote.
