01Sound familiar?
Enough.

The 6 leaks where the time goes in an accounting firm.

We see them repeat in firms of 2 to 20 people that have never met each other. None of them shows up in the P&L: they show up as hours that are never billed and new clients that never arrive.

LEAK 01

The invoice chase

Monthly paperwork that arrives late
Operations

The 10th to the 15th of every month go on chasing invoices, bank statements and payslips from clients who still haven't sent them. It comes in by WhatsApp, by email and in person, and nobody knows who is up to date.

30-90 h per quarter
LEAK 02

The phone that never stops

Repetitive questions that interrupt
Clients

"How is my return going?", "what am I missing?", "when is the direct debit?". Dozens of messages a week that break the work and end up being answered by the partners, after hours too.

13 h a week
LEAK 03

The blind quarter-end

Quarter close with no visibility
Operations

The VAT return is due and nobody can see in one place who has delivered, who is halfway and who needs a call. It is discovered late and the quarter ends in a rush.

−40 % last-minute rushes
LEAK 04

The notice that never goes out

Regulatory changes that never reach clients
Clients

Every change (Verifactu, e-invoicing, working-time records) gets explained client by client, by phone and too late. The urgency lands on the firm.

95 % of firms report more workload
LEAK 05

The proposal that goes cold

Proposal never closed
Sales

You send the proposal, the client says "we need to think about it" and nobody calls back. They compare with other firms and it sits as "pending" for months.

€50,000/year at stake
LEAK 06

The sleeping client base

Clients with a single service
Sales

Long-standing clients who only have tax with you and have never been offered payroll or company services, and clients who left and nobody tried to win back.

€10,800/year from 15 upgrades

It is not an organisation problem. The firm is doing by hand work that a system should be doing. That is what we build.

Which one is your leak?

Six questions. No sign-up. It tells you where to start and takes you to see it solved in the demo.

1Do you spend more than one morning a month chasing paperwork from the same clients?
2Do more than ten questions a day interrupt your work when they could answer themselves?
3At quarter-end, does any client turn up with their paperwork half done?
4Did the last regulatory change generate more than twenty calls?
5Do you have proposals sitting as "pending" right now with nobody behind them?
6Do you know how many of your clients have only one service with you?
Your result

Answer the six questions

Every "yes" is an open leak. The one you mark "yes, a lot" is the one to start with.

Hi, how is my quarter going? Are you missing anything of mine?
Hi Marta. For Q3 we have everything except September's bank statement. If you send it here I will log it. The VAT return is filed on the 20th.
Oh, and I want to hire someone starting Monday.
Great. I need their name, ID, contract type and hours, and I will pass it to Carlos ready to go.

None of them quite fits?

Every firm is different. If you have two specific leaks, unusual software or a volume outside these ranges, we prepare a tailored proposal from the diagnosis. Same rule: only what saves you time or money, with a fixed price before we start.

Maintenance covers the server, backups, AI usage and support; WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly. No lock-in: one month's notice and you get the complete system. For scale: the System maintenance (€290) is about 7 hours of admin time a month; the invoice chase alone eats between 10 and 30.

All include: free initial diagnosis · fixed price · delivery guarantee · no lock-in · on your current software, no migrations. Prices exclude VAT.

08Frequently asked

Frequently asked.

Do I have to change my practice software?
No. The system sits as a layer on top of what you already use (A3, Sage, Wolters Kluwer, Holded and most software with an API or export). We check it in the diagnosis before quoting any price.
What exactly is the demo?
A sample accounting firm with the system running. You walk in as if you were a client, from your phone or your computer, and in two minutes you see how it asks for paperwork, answers questions and follows up a proposal. No sign-up required.
How much does it cost?
Fixed-price plans: Starter €890 (one leak), System €2,490 (the three operational leaks: paperwork, questions and quarter-end) and Full engine €3,990 (all six), plus monthly maintenance of €150, €290 or €490 covering server, backups, AI usage and support. One-off payment that can be split, no lock-in. If none fits, a tailored proposal.
Who answers my clients, a machine?
The assistant answers the repetitive questions with real data from your software (what is missing, how the return is going, what is needed for a new hire). Anything that needs judgement reaches the adviser with the context already collected. The tax and legal advice stays yours.
What about data protection?
Data stays in the client's hands: the system runs on a server dedicated to your firm and we sign the data-processor agreement (art. 28 GDPR). WhatsApp messages go through Meta's official API.
How long until it is running?
Starter in 1-2 weeks; System in 2-4; Full engine in 6-10 weeks, in phases, so the firm does not feel the change all at once.
